How you will create an impact 📈:

• Establishment and further development of Group-wide data governance with clear guidelines and standards

• Ensuring a uniform and up-to-date database through active master data management

• Involving relevant stakeholders to establish stable and robust data processes

• Achieving defined data quality targets to optimally support the business model

• Analysis and optimization of existing data flows as well as identification and elimination of weak points

• Ensuring compliance with data protection and compliance requirements within the data organization

• Developing a long-term information and communication strategy for sustainable data management

What are we looking for 🔎:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study

• At least 10 years of experience in data management and IT architecture

• In-depth knowledge of information systems and the organizational design of databases

• Experience in project management and business process optimization

• Strong communication skills and understanding of various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure and internal dependencies

• Knowledge of legal and business requirements for data management
