How you will create an impact 📈:

  • Global standardization & rollout

    You will manage the introduction of design specifications, technical processes, and digital tools at new production sites or at license partners. You will organize training courses at the lead factory and on site to ensure consistent skills worldwide.

  • Test field development & optimization

    You will design and implement new test fields for transformers or adapt existing facilities—always in accordance with international standards. The goal is technologically advanced, efficient, and cost-effective operation for long-term competitiveness.

  • Process implementation & employee training

    You will be responsible for introducing consistent testing and quality processes at new locations and conducting practical training for local teams during the start-up phase.

  • Technical Support for Test Facilities

    You will provide support to existing test facilities in the event of technical uncertainties, deviations in acceptance tests, or unexpected problems. You will perform root cause analyses and ensure a quick solution.

  • Knowledge management & continuous improvement

    You will build a structured knowledge database, document deviations and their solutions, and develop standardized guidelines for root cause analysis. In this way, you will promote organization-wide learning and process optimization.

What are we looking for 🔎:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field

  • Professional experience in testing power transformers, design verification, or high-voltage laboratories

  • In-depth knowledge of international testing standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) and regulatory requirements

  • Successful implementation of technology rollouts, process implementations, and cross-location training measures

  • Experience in the planning, commissioning, and optimization of testing facilities, taking investment costs into account

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis of technical deviations

  • Willingness to travel for international assignments (approx. 30–40%) and very good English skills (German is an advantage)
