Your tasks: 📌
Continuous improvement of the global quality system with a focus on best practices, process harmonization, and sustainability
Harmonization of manufacturing processes and transfer of technologies in-between different locations from a quality perspective
Support the development of the global Quality community with trainings, best practice sharing and real-life improvement projects
Conducting plant assessments, identifying quality gaps, and systematic implementation of improvement measures
Participation in investment analysis to ensure quality compliance with the global platform
Monitor operational KPI’s from internal and external supply chain and ensure that potential errors are eliminated quickly at the root before the spread within the global network
Lead quality initiatives throughout the global footprint and in location specific initiative
Your profile: 🔎
Degree in electrical engineering or similar (bachelor's/master's), ideally with additional qualifications in Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Methodical competence in Q-Techniques Root Cause Analysis Ishikawa, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, APQP
In-depth expertise in the manufacture of transformers or similar technologies
Experience in managing complex improvement projects with strong leadership skills
Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and strong communication skills
Business fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel internationally
