Inhouse Consultant SAP HCM (m/f/d)

How you will create an impact 📈:
Recording and analyzing requirements from the specialist departments and optimizing HR processes in SAP HCM.
Adapting and expanding the SAP HCM modules (e.g. personnel administration, time management, accounting) in line with company requirements.
Supporting and assisting key users and end users, analyzing and correcting errors in the SAP HCM environment.
Supporting and managing SAP HCM projects, e.g. introducing new functions or migrating to SAP SuccessFactors.
Creating training concepts, conducting training and maintaining documentation for end users and key users.
Ensuring the smooth integration of SAP HCM with other systems such as payroll providers or time tracking systems.
What are we looking for 🔎:
Degree in information technology, business informatics, HR management or comparable training
Technical understanding of HR business processes and HCM data models
Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes and integration of HR systems
Experience in optimizing SQL performance, JavaScript and/or relevant HCM scripting and programming languages
Good knowledge of HCM software solutions such as SuccessFactors or comparable HR IT systems is an advantage
Very good written and spoken English skills, German skills at least at B2 level
Willingness to travel occasionally
