Global Manufacturing Quality Lead (m/f/d)

How you will create an impact 📈:

  • Further development and implementation of the global manufacturing quality platform with a focus on best practices, process harmonization, and sustainable improvement

  • Training and support in the implementation of manufacturing processes and quality standards

  • Conducting plant assessments, identifying quality gaps, and structured implementation of improvement measures

  • Participation in investment analyses to ensure quality compliance with the global platform

  • Management of the global pool of experts for manufacturing quality and coaching of junior staff in the area of operations & quality

  • Support in audits and continuous updating of global and local quality control plans based on findings and root cause analyses

What are we looking for 🔎:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (bachelor's/master's), ideally with additional qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or industrial engineering

  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (desirable)

  • In-depth expertise in the manufacture of power transformers

  • Experience in managing complex improvement projects with strong moderation skills

  • Basic knowledge of transformer design is an advantage

  • Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and strong communication skills in an international environment
