How you will create an impact 📈:

  • Lead the development and rollout of global IT PM standards, methodologies, and best practices

  • Drive the maturity of portfolio and project management processes across the IT organization

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Demand-, Resource-,Portfolio-, and Project Management processes

  • Ensure successful implementation of these processes in our ITSM Platform, including configuration and adoption support

  • Define, track, and report KPIs and performance metrics to monitor process effectiveness and portfolio health

  • Prepare and present regular reports for IT leadership, the CIO, and the Board of Management

  • Collaborate closely with IT leadership, project managers, business stakeholders, and ServiceNow teams

  • Provide guidance and coaching to project teams to ensure adherence to governance standards

  • Continuously assess and improve processes based on feedback, data, and strategic objectives

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our:

  • IT Demand Management Process

  • IT Portfolio Management Process

  • IT Project Management Process

  • IT Resource Management Process

What are we looking for 🔎:

  • Several years of experience in IT PMO, IT governance, or project portfolio management

  • Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles, resource-,demand & portfolio management

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing IT PM processes and standards

  • Hands-on experience with ITSM Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module is a strong plus

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in developing and reporting KPIs to senior stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
