How you will create an impact 📈:
Standardize user data in Active Directory to improve identity quality, access reliability, and audit readiness.
Support the JML (Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver) lifecycle, ensuring timely account provisioning, updates, and deprovisioning.
Contribute to the Active Directory Consolidation Project through analysis, documentation, and hands‑on execution.
Automate routine workflows with Microsoft Power Automate to reduce manual effort and speed up IT operations.
Assist with application & client management using Microsoft Intune and Robopack, supporting compliant deployments and device health.
Handle 2nd‑level ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fast resolutions.
What are we looking for 🔎:
Enrolled student (BSc mid‑semesters or early MSc) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field; motivated to learn by doing.
Foundational knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune (Robopack experience is a plus) and a keen interest in the Digital Workplace.
Analytical, structured, and proactive working style, able to own tasks and drive continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills in English (German desireable) to collaborate across IT and business teams.
Availability for a hybrid setup in Regensburg (at least 1 day/week on site) alongside flexible study‑friendly hours.
Interest in automation and AI topics that enhance identity, client, and application management processes
