Your tasks: 📌
SAP orders / operational procurement
Review, process, and track purchase requisitions and other operational purchasing activities in SAP.
Maintain vendor master data.
Process purchase orders and maintain order confirmations in the SAP system.
Perform factual invoice checks and clarify open issues with internal departments and suppliers.
Actively support all purchasing activities and ensure a smooth purchasing process.
Assist with year-end closing activities related to purchasing processes.
Reporting & performance support (including sales reporting)
Support the preparation of the Monthly Market Review and Monthly Business Review of the Distribution Division (data collection, KPI preparation, maintenance of standard templates, coordination with Procurement, Sales, Product Management, and Controlling).
Create and maintain KPI and traffic-light dashboards as a basis for group reporting and internal performance monitoring within the division, including preparation of input data for sales dashboards.
Regularly maintain and update market information for key applications and regions (e.g. consolidating market and competitor data, maintaining overviews and databases).
Communication & administrative support
Plan, prepare, and administratively manage the division newsletter (timeline planning, collecting and coordinating contributions, managing approvals, organizing distribution).
Support internal stakeholders with requests related to orders, KPIs, and market information, ensuring a service-oriented collaboration across the division.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of administrative workflows, reporting structures, and operational procurement processes (continuous improvement, harmonization of templates).
Your profile: 🔎
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in an assistant or business support function, operational procurement, or sales / internal sales, ideally in an industrial environment.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar) and very good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Confident working with numbers, KPIs, and reports (basic analysis, visualization of data).
Very good German language skills and good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken, to support communication within the group.
Structured, accurate, and self-reliant working style with strong attention to detail.
Strong service orientation and team spirit, with professional communication towards internal interfaces and external partners.
High reliability and time awareness, especially with regard to recurring reporting and communication formats (monthly reviews, newsletter).
