Your tasks: 📌
Design, development, and governance of group-wide global mobility structures, with particular emphasis on legal frameworks
Legal assessment, structuring, and support for international employee assignments (e.g., secondments, international transfers, remote work arrangements, cross-border employment models)
Drafting, reviewing, and further developing assignment agreements, supplementary agreements, and international compensation components
Taking on global HR projects such as grading and market data management
Advising on labor, social security, and tax law issues in an international context
Your profile: 🔎
Completed law degree (first state examination) or comparable qualifications
Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of global mobility
Additional experience in the areas of labor law, compensation & benefits, or international HR is an advantage
Experience in working with management stakeholders and external legal, tax, and relocation consultants
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent approach to work
Strong consulting and communication skills, even in complex legal issues
Very good written and spoken German and English
