Your tasks: 📌

  • Design, development, and governance of group-wide global mobility structures, with particular emphasis on legal frameworks

  • Legal assessment, structuring, and support for international employee assignments (e.g., secondments, international transfers, remote work arrangements, cross-border employment models)

  • Drafting, reviewing, and further developing assignment agreements, supplementary agreements, and international compensation components

  • Taking on global HR projects such as grading and market data management

  • Advising on labor, social security, and tax law issues in an international context

Your profile: 🔎

  • Completed law degree (first state examination) or comparable qualifications

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of global mobility

  • Additional experience in the areas of labor law, compensation & benefits, or international HR is an advantage

  • Experience in working with management stakeholders and external legal, tax, and relocation consultants

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent approach to work

  • Strong consulting and communication skills, even in complex legal issues

  • Very good written and spoken German and English
