Your tasks: 📌

  • Support the ongoing development, implementation, and enhancement of the Group Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001 standards.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and governance frameworks across the organization.

  • Facilitate information security risk assessments and monitor the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.

  • Support compliance activities related to information security standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, including ISO 27001 and NIS2.

  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely follow-up of identified actions.

  • Develop and maintain Information Security metrics, dashboards, and management reports to provide transparency on security and compliance performance.

  • Drive security awareness initiatives and training programs to strengthen a security-conscious culture across the organization.

  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, including IT, business functions, Legal, Compliance, and external partners on information security matters.

  • Support the planning and delivery of information security projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Contribute to information security incident management activities, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement measures.

Your profile: 🔎

  • University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

  • (Minimum 3-5 years of) Experience in Information Security, IT governance, risk management, compliance or a related discipline.

  • Deep understanding of Information Security frameworks and standards, particularly ISO/IEC 27001.

  • Experience with Information Security Risk Management processes and audit activities.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Strategically thinking while remaining execution oriented.

  • Independent and proactive working style.

  • Fluent English and German.
