How you will create an impact 📈:

  • Management and coordination of the HR-specific workstream as part of the transformation from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, including control of relevant requirements and interfaces.

  • Analysis, optimization and conception of HR processes in the course of system migration, taking into account business and technical requirements.

  • Ensuring the integration and migration of HR modules (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Organizational Management) and the associated data in close collaboration with Group IT, departments and implementation partners.

  • Advising and supporting HR departments in the introduction of new SAP modules and designing the future system landscape.

  • Responsibility for planning, resource management, reporting and risk management in the HR workstream.

  • Design and execution of test, training and go-live activities, including development of training concepts for end users.

  • Promotion of change management and communication to relevant HR stakeholders as part of global rollouts and system implementation.

What are we looking for 🔎:

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a comparable qualification.

  • Several years of experience in HR projects with a focus on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and S/4HANA as well as in international rollouts and transformation projects.

  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and their mapping in SAP systems, including process analysis and optimization.

  • Experience in managing complex projects and working with interdisciplinary and international teams.

  • Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills, as well as moderation and coordination skills.

  • Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working combined with a hands-on mentality.

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as a willingness to travel at least 40%.
