Your tasks: 📌

  • Strategy & growth: Developing and implementing a global key account strategy for long-term business development.

  • Relationship management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with VP/C-level decision-makers worldwide as a central point of contact.

  • Revenue & profit responsibility: Achieving growth and profitability targets, identifying cross-selling and up-selling potential.

  • Contract management: Conducting contract and price negotiations and ensuring smooth renewals.

  • Global collaboration: Close coordination with sales, marketing, engineering, and service across all locations.

  • Market & customer analysis: Continuous monitoring of market trends and customer needs, and reporting to management.

Your profile: 🔎

  • Strategy & market understanding: Experience in global key account management, development of strategies and customer-specific solutions based on market and customer analyses.

  • Relationship management: Establishment and maintenance of VP/C-level contacts, confident expectation management and conflict resolution.

  • Growth & Profitability: Successful in increasing sales, pricing models, and cross-selling/up-selling.

  • Negotiation & Contractual Skills: Routine in complex deals, contract and renewal negotiations, including compliance awareness.

  • Intercultural cooperation: Experience in global teamwork and project management across multiple locations.

  • Analytics & tools: Confident in using CRM, reporting, and analytics tools; creation of forecasts and reports.

  • Communication & languages: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, fluent English (additional languages an advantage).
