How you will create an impact 📈:

  • Platform Administration & Maintenance

    o    Ensure stability, security, and performance of our ServiceNow platform

    o    Lead upgrades, patches, and configurations

    o    Manage user access, roles and permissions

    o    Proactive troubleshooting and monitoring – keep the lights on!

  • Implementation & Configuration

    o    Develop workflows, forms, and automation to optimize processes

    o    Implement new features and integrations with other systems

    o    Configure and customizing processes to meet business requirements

  • Process Consulting

    o    Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and design solutions

    o    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

    o    Lead workshops on best practices for ServiceNow solutions

  • Service Provider Management

    o    Lead transitions from development to operations

    o    Manage supplier performance, SLAs, and operational budget

What are we looking for 🔎:

  • University degree in Information Technology or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, development or administration

  • Strong technical expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.) as well as Upgrade and Release Management

  • Certifications CSA & CIS ITSM (more is a plus)

  • Good understanding of ITSM principles and frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus)

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)

  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
